The 3D Animation
The goal of the video was to server both as an ad for the recruiting service the company offered, and an explanation of how their service worked. The service is reaching potential employees, allow them to apply, making a preselection for the employers, and presenting them with a selection. We aimed to show these steps in a both playful and concise manner, while also matching the companies aesthetics.
The clip shows employees as pinballs, and how they are approach for being recruited. After having filled in their information, they are lead along different pinball-tracks and potentially selected.
After a last direct call, they land in an office, with the employer agreement on the desk. The complete video is available here:
